Not a pleasant experience One of the worst customer service experience with BMW Fremont , trying to reach them over the phone but each time the call gets transferred to finance department and no one answers the call. The worst part is i haven't received a single callback for the 4-5 voice mail i left. All i am trying to do is cancel my extended maintenance warranty.
Fremont BMW- Terrible Service Manager/CS I had a terrible experience with the Service Manager Kim and the service adviser at Fremont BMW. i took both of my BMW's for service in the same week and felt it was dejavu as I had the same exact experience with both cars. Terrible Getting a loaner is an absolute nightmare. They are now sending their customers to Enterprise for loaner cars instead of putting them in a BMW. Also, Enterprise does not have enough cars and will typically make you wait until they receive cars back which can take who knows how long. I?ve seen at least 8-10 people sitting at Enterprise waiting for loaners. It is most disappointing. I will not be buying another vehicle from this BMW or an Autonation dealer, they are definitely cheapening up.
be cheated at the BMW Fremont Service Center This is my first time I really got a very bad experience at BMW Fremont Service Center. I found a small leakage on my BMW 3 series in May, made an appointment at the service center, and requested for fixation. I paid a full amount of repairing fee after the inspection, be told that leakage had been fixed, asked to do next service in December. Fremont BMW service - wasted my whole morning I had a service appointment at 8:40am. I waited 15 min. to see my adviser, and waited another 45min. to be picked up by Enterprise for a loaner. Then I waited another hour at Enterprise. So I basically wasted entire morning to bring my car for a engine oil service. Then I have to bring the loaner car back to Enterprise first. This is the worst BMW service experience ever. Never again, Fremont BMW
BMW Saturday Service While the front office customer service was good, the drop off service was horrible. The person responsible for scheduling drop offs was non-committal at best and just kept saying to wait until the car comes with no regard to customers needs. Plus they have one loaner car. This is luxury car service ?? The service seems to be ok as there was not much to do as part of regular service
Service call comedy It?s 1:39pm on Wednesday. I?ve been here since 11am. I had an appointment for what should have been a half hour procedure. When I finally couldn?t take it anymore, I came back to the service desk only to have them tell me that they haven?t touched my vehicle and that the smog machine is broken. I?m pretty certain that I should?ve been told as soon as they knew rather than have me just sit here for the last 2hours and 40 minutes. Very bad service station Very bad service. I was given my car after service without proper checking. My car stopped in middle of the road. It had the same problem which I went in for in the first place.
review of service for 2019 340i GT Had a scheduled oil change, no problem!, Had a software upgrade from a recall notice as well, problem was on getting car back all settings were zeroed out and i had to spend 30 mins researching the owners manual to restore the settings! the service folks should have save it all to USB and then reinstalled settings after updateing the software!
