BMW Fremont California Service center Total fraud, they sent me a letter a week ago saying my car might be eligible for a recall of passenger seat issues, when I took my car to them, they said it’s mostly a recall issue but I need to pay $225 . Once the issue is diagnosed and repaired they will refund my money back. They kept my car for weekend ofcourse they gave me rental truck. 2 days later they called me and said the diagnosis revealed as not a recall issue and asked me to pay $225 for diagnosis cost. Car service bad customer service The customer service was rude, And left me curious why BMW with such high quality and standards hires mediocre employees dealing with customers. I would go to a different dealer next time hoping for a better experience.

Worst experience ever One of the worst experiences. If you take appointment and go, you need to wait at least half hour, then sales person will come and say he is busy with customer. Someone else will assist you... again he will take his own time... just wasted time

BMW 335d Very bad experience, brought the car in because Service soon light came on and to replace the battery. Nothing was wrong with the car when I brought it in and only had 50K miles. After replacing the battery they said the engine light came on and continued to go downhill from there and it wouldn't pass SMOG. They kept the car for 4 days and an extremely pricey bill. When I got in the car the Service light was on and the Servive Advisor says I needed to a bigger service. Very frustrating they just needed to clear... read more

Don’t worry, we’ll call you Saw a 2008 Dodge Magnum on Cars.com. It was at a local dealership, and the price seemed reasonable for the age and mileage the car had. I called and asked if the car was available. I was told it was, however, there were many buyers interested in the vehicle. I said I was busy that night and I would return in the morning. Very poor service received My X5 2007 after I picked up from service on Saturday was worst than when I dropped off. felt Steering wheel hard to drive half way home, smoke coming out of the hood when I arrived home. Called and left msg. for John Lund right when I saw the problem. Car was never liked that before. Service closed at 5pm so I could not take back. I never heard back from John Lund. Good not great The first thing is that I wanted this car. Looked great in the pictures. However, when I got in th car and started it, noticed that the stereo didn’t work. This was the bottom of the line model, so a working stereo was a must I was told to bring the car in at the end of a the week. I called my guy at the dealership and I told him that the stereo head unit was fried. He said we have ordered one already. And I told him I needed a second key. Wish they had answered my question I emailed a question which went unanswered. I was sent a screenshot of the web page I'd already seen, and offered financing. Their phone is a voicemail maze so I ignored the follow up emails (about financing) and looked elsewhere. A manager emailed and I explained what went wrong. Hopefully they'll make changes.

Serious buyer Horrible customer service. Drove down to buy a specific car. 2 hours. Plant I'd emails that day on availability. Car was sold. Also couldn't get anyone to give me service info on BMW. Don't recommend
