Poor service I came to buy a car. They didn't even bother to show me the cars. Kaleb Aguilar was supposed to help me. He was so rude. I don't remember any marketing person speaking to me in such a rude manner. I gave him a link and said wanted to test drive that car. He lied that car was already on test drive. As soon as I went out the car was there right infront of me. I would never recommend this dealer to anyone.
BMW FREMONT FAILURE FOR OIL CHANGE AND INSPECTION WARNING LIGHT FOR LOW WINDSHIELD WASHER CAME ON THE DAY AFTER I HAD IT SERVICED for oil change and 21 point inspection. you would think someone would add fluid right??? Idiots and an absolute disgrace.
BMW Freemont/J Pineda excellent Great email communications with low pressure throughout. Flew up to northern ca to dealership .picked up promptly from airport and experience at dealership was fast and painless

BMW Fremont servicing centre Our service center contact, Justin was approachable and helped us receive an acceptable pricing schedule for repairs. He also helped liaise between myself and management to ensure we would not pay for the repairs that had caused further problems to our car. The loan car was fantastic.

BMW of Fremont, CA service review Bad experience. Did not have work completed at time promised and, even worse, the service engine soon light came on the day after my car was serviced! I will not be returning to BMW of Fremont for service and repairs!

Slow start but good service Brought my X5 in for first service. Several of us who arrived around the same time for our appointments were left waiting for almost 25 minutes. Once the ball got rolling, the service was completed efficiently. Had tried to book appointment on-line, but found the service website not very helpful for a first time customer.

CPO BMW 328i I found a really nice CPO BMW online at BMW of Fremont and contacted Calvin in regards. Calvin really went the extra mile to answer my questions about the car while I was out of town and was genuinely courteous and helpful through the car buying process. The finance team also worked to get me the best finance option with no haggle or hassle. This was a stress free buying experience and I am very happy with the car I purchased!
