Sold improper evidence of ownership car I bought a BMW 535i on November 2017 and I found few issues well before I purchased. Review on Service at Auto Nation Fremont BMW Taking my car in for service I was always taken to work and picked up. This time when it was time to pick me up my service rep left a message on my voicemail saying "I'm sorry at this time we are having problems with Uber and have no one to pick you up" End of voicemail. Poor Service, High Sales Pitch, Bad Experience I bought my BMW3 in 2012 and have always enjoyed the high quality of services and friendliness of the representatives at the Fremont BMW dealership. But last Friday?s visit was an exception. The representative was very unfriendly, unhelpful and, to a certain extent, a high-pitched salesman trying to convince me to have an unnecessary maintenance instead of fixing a minor problem. Pls call me to let you know why I?m so upset. In the end I didn?t have the service as I had planned.

Purchase of BMW 335i Went to Fremont BMW to look at a CPO BMW 335i. Walked in and not greeted but had to approach a sales associate to look at the car and another same model. The car was a bit dirty but was in excellent condition in and out. The sales person was kind enough for me to take out the first car for a test drive while he got the keys to the this one. X1 Oil Service at BMW Fremont The facilities just got face lift after months of remodeling. Uber service was used for shuttle which is really great. Wait time was less than 5 minutes. The issue is a 1/2 hour wait after the service personnel dispatch for the vehicle.
Car repair at Fremont automall Unhappy with this visit.I had a 7am appointment. 10 mins after I checked where my service guy is and was told to wait coz he's running late. At 7:30, I went to one of the desks and was entertained by another advisor. I shouldn't have waited that long. No one voluntarily helped me until I asked.
