I am familiar with, after purchase, new vehicle care as my last four luxury cars were Lexus LS class. I will say the Lexus dealership I purchased all four cars from did a respectable job. "Respectable" but not great. I discovered what great was when I brought my first BMW.to my dealer for service. I purchased a new 640 I convertible from Rallye BMW. in Westbury NY. Everything went well. I was a little disappointed because they knew I was waiting, told me it would take 1 hour and it took almost 2. It happens but no one let me know anything. I had to inquire myself . Never saw the service adviser again.
Rallye runs a great operation. Their service hours are excellent and allow people to pickup or drop off both early in the morning and late in the evening.
Called the service department, got an appointment for the same day and all of the required services were timely performed. The wait period was not too long and the car was delivered clean.

I have owned almost 20 BMW cars over the years. My experience with Mr Wiggens was exceptional. His attention to detail, and refrain from any pressure or alarm is commendable. . But most importantly, he returned my car in tip top shape as promised-- with an attitude that was refreshing. Perfect. David Keisman
