I recently serviced my 2016 BMW X5 and the staff was great they put me right into a loaner car and called me step by step what they were doing and when I could pick up my car everything was perfect

This deanship prides itself on giving excellent service within an awesome setting. Patronbs are treated well and the service is first class. My service advisor, Adam Romano, is competent advisor, very knowledgeable but refrains from any high pressure tactics. I am made to feel comfortable and he is very accommodating both in setting up an appointment and in explaining the various options for my aging vehicle. I trust his advice and never feel cheated or taken advantage of.

As always a perfect professional experience. Service Representative Brandon was terrific and my car is ready for a great summer. Wouldn’t ever consider another dealership for car service. Rallye Westbury is the best. I’ve had other BMWs and utilized other service centers but none compare with Rallye Westbury.

They are always very pleasant and courtious. This is an excellent dealership and service center. The entire staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. I return because of this service.

I am pleased to say, Rallye BMW service is a pleasure to deal with. I can't say enough nice things regarding my treatment . Dave O'Neil is simply the best. He made sure that the service was performed in a timely manner. I waited , and recieved my car, washed and ready to go. Again, THANK YOU !!!

Their service department is the finest detailed oriented staff respectable reliable and kind group of people that are extreemly caring and aspire to make you feel like you and your car are special !!
