Very professional. I had 4 employees taking care of me. The managers made sure everything was going smoothly. my car was read for pickup as promised. I will not take my car to another BMW dealership for service.

Drove over to Rallye BMW with a nail in my tire -- service center was able to fix it and switch my upcoming service appointment to the very same day so I did not have to go back.....Carol, especially, made it extremely convenient for me and I was VERY pleasantly surprised. Level of service is great. They went out of their way to accommodate.

Fast, efficient, courteous. Excellent! I was taken right on schedule. In my case I needed a loaner and that was also done very efficiently. Once my car was ready I was given a text and was able to pick up my car and return the loaner in less than 10 minutes.
