Brett Hines, my service advisor has always taken care of me the past 4 years, whether it be with my old BMW or the new one we purchased. Service time is always in and out - I ask for a loaner and they are super great about providing one (no questions asked). I love the feature of knowing our names and information as soon as we pull up, which means less waiting around. I have dealt with plenty of dealerships, and Rallye BMW has always lived up to its great reputation!!!! I love the brand and love this dealership even more!

Appointment made the day before online, 12:30. Was taken about 12:40 Was told it would take 40minutes. I received a call 43 minutes later that my car was ready. In & out & received a complimentary car wash.

I brought my 540i in two or three times and the problem of having the trunk open automatically with a kick still doesn’t work

Came in because I saw oil in my driveway and was worried my vehicle would be damaged if I drove it in that condition. Brought it in to Rallye for some diagnostics and an oil change and found my transmission oil pan was cracked and needed to be replaced. Also needed a right front axel seal, as well as other necessary components. My bill became so high I opted to to pay for the most critical components now and handle the rest at a later date.
