All the employees I deal with are always pleasant, helpful and a pleasure to deal with my estimated waiting time is always right on the nose, if they say approx 90 minutes 90 minutes it is. Thanks

Very fast and courteous. I had to take my X1 in to get a door handle replaced and needed a ride back to work. The drop off process took less than 10 minutes. About 2 hours later I got a text, my car was ready. I went to pick it up and not only was it ready, but it was also washed and vacuumed. Great service as always!

Seamless appointment. Dropped car off got my loaner and 2 hours later my car was finished! Upon return I was greeted immediately by Bret and when it was taking more the 10 minutes for me to get my cars the service gal called again to check if my car was out of the wash!! I didnt even have to prompt her to see if there was a problem!! EXCELLANT EXPERIENCE....

We drove in from out of town and a warning light came on which needed immediate attention. We needed to have this issue addressed before we drove back to Ohio the next day. Rallye BMW gave us a loaner and Performed the service on our car that was necessary. Plus, they could not have been nicer or more accommodating.

Getting ready for an overseas trip left me very busy and not much extra time. My BMW 340 X-Drive needed an oil change. I called Rallye and they set me up for the next day and told me the service would take 90 minutes.. I came in at the scheduled time. They took the car in and offered my wife and I complimentary cookies, bagels, water etc. Ninety minutes later I got a call on my cell phone telling me the car was ready. The service was done, fluids topped off and the car washed and vacuumed. What else could you ask?
