We’ve bought and leased many cars over the years and Brian Cano is by far the best. He goes above and beyond to to ensure that you get a great car at the best possible price!! The Rallye BMW is thee best BMW location in New York. My friends and family all visit this location to service and finance/lease new vehicles. The facilities are top notch and every member on the staff volunteers to offer their services whenever necessary. No question is left unanswered and no advice is let unshared. Fog light was not replaced and vechile is showing service is still due but the service is great everyone is friendly and was also very helpful fixing what wasn’t fixed the first time
Always prompt, courteous and professional service. My vehicle was inspected and received in a timely manner. I received a follow up call from Matthew Carlson as to my satisfaction with the service.
