Sheneta Dailey provided me with a great customer service experience. I punctured a tire and drove in without an appointment, just a call ahead. Sheneta made sure to get me out with a new tire as soon as possible. She kept me updated through out the process, including the claim with CNA. My X5 got washed, shined and replaced tire within 2 hours for the emergency service. Thanks Sheneta and Ralley BMW!

Over the years, I have gone to different BMW dealers in the tri state area. I have found Rallye to be the best in terms of quality of service and price. Over the last couple of years, I have done oil change and other repairs at Rallye. Overall, it is the best on long island.
