BMW of Fairfax I unfortunately did not have a good experience. I went in for maintenance because it said there was a cruise control malfunction and the sensor was going off. I waited 2 weeks for an appointment because I was told that was the first availability for a loaner car. I arrived and there was no loaner car, I missed all my appointments for the day, had to wait 45 minutes for the shuttle to arrive and was late to work. ??????????? BMW LOGO on the trunk of my 2007 BMW 328i is a piece of plastic glued to a metal disk. Plastic logo began to flake off. Went to dealership, referred to the parts department by a service manager who said the parts dept. would give me a new logo, which he would affix for me. Parts person said a plastic logo would cost me $36.00. I laughed and drove out. My current logo reads, B M. Perfect!

Not good service manager Took my car to a recall / service. What I didn't like was lack of communication by my assigned service manager. Also the service manager did not know much about the functions of my vehicle and replied to me wrong answers. One of the issues made me drive back to the service department after less than a mile away. Next day I called for another issue between they unnecessaryly changed settings. Repairs to 2015 X5 Had a list of 4 key repairs that needed to be done. We have three BMW's, the one subject to the last visit is a 2015 X5, was purchased at BMW of Fairfax.. The other two (2011 535iX and a 2005 X5) were purchased elsewhere.

BMW Service Started out fine, speaker issue and an oil change. Valet to and from my house. Valet home was a very nice gentleman. Valet back to dealership was grumpy. The problem with my speaker was NOT FIXED. So now, I have to do the whole thing over again. #groundhogday.

Great experience at BMW of Fairfax service Al, my service advisor worked with me to get my left front tire replaced. Initially, the records showed that it was not under warranty which would have meant over $300 out of pocket. I couldn't find any tire warranty paperwork and Al went back and found that I had a warranty with another service and got me out of there with zero out of pocket.

Car service New fuel pump installed because of recall. Car has unbearable gasoline smell inside, even after keeping all windows open for 24 hrs outside. Must return vehicle to shop.
