Recall repair - what repair? I took my car in based on a recall notice, for replacement of a defective EGR. Car drop off in the morning was great. Loaner was ready in pretty short order. The loaner was a very nice sedan. I was notified that my car was ready for pick up at the end of the day. But, when I picked the car up, i noticed that the part was not replace. It was merely inspected. It takes me over an hour to drive to the dealership. It is a 2 1/2 hour round trip. I did that twice in two days, and no repairs were made. ... read more

Terrible Experience I would like to start this review by saying that I have been coming to BMW of Fairfax for about 18 years. I have dealt with various service advisors, parts advisors, and sales consultants. Every experience has been positive and wonderful. A blip or down hill? The quality of the experience really depends on the manager you are assigned. This time the fellow i do business with was sick, the washer service broken (no alternative?) and the front desk person rude. This us nit usually the case. A blip or trend

Great Customer Associate! Time spent sucked!! The service associate was great! Recommended a nail salon and offered to have the shuttle take me over. However, the time it took to have 2 rear tires changed just sucked. 15-20 minutes just to check in. Then even though I had a 10:00 appointment, it still took 3 hours to install 2 rear tires. No alignment. Just taking off the old ones and putting new ones on. Why have an appointment if you are still waiting that long!?

Shame on me! Shame on me! I bought a 2016 X3, "Certified Pre-Owned", with 24,500 miles and a totally clean CarFax, from this dealership. However, I failed to insist on having the car throughly checked by another top tier dealer/garage/body shop. Mistakenly believed I could trust a BMW dealer. Turns out, this car appears to have been involved in a major accident - seems driver door has been replaced, driver side rear wheel is bent and there are rattles in both doors on the drivers side. ZERO Stars and less if i could ZERO stars ......if i could give them even less and take away stars from other reviews i would. They say one thing and do another. They put me in the hole for my old lease and gave me a new one. Their so called "client advisor", another word for CON ARTIST!, promised me he would take away my remaining payment on my old lease and the disposition fee and make the world a better place and end world hunger (the usual shtick) and then did a bait and switch on me and took it back in the contract he l... read more

Horrible experience with sleazy sales rep This review is for the sales team. Horrible customer service. Worse experience I have ever had at a dealership. They were rude, condescending, refused to negotiate anything, pushy, seemed to be in a frenzied hurry the entire time, and then tried to sell us on extras you would never need just to bump up the price even more. Recent experience at BMW of Fairfax Very good overall; service rep (David Goldberg) was careful to explain repairs. Repairs were completed in a reasonable time and I was kept informed of status.
