Horrible communication I will never take my car there again. Poor communication between the parts and the service department. Walid misquoted the service twice and I ended up paying over $500 more than the original quote. This was my first time and last. Spoke with the Service Manager who was friendly but only confirmed what I already knew and took no ownership of my issue.

Disappointing Service My BMW was due for service in May, but I wasn't able to take it in until July because of the Pandemic. After completing the service, they set the service due indicator for May again and 9,000 miles instead of next July and 12,000 miles. I'm sure they would give some factory-based reason if asked, but I won't even bother - it's all about the money. Gustavo Montana Worst experience with this BMW dealer. They don't honor warranties and just want to sell you services to earn money. I will submit my claim directly to BMW of North America.

RippedOff DON'T TRUST THEM! I've bought 3 used cars from them. Two had serious manufacturer's defects. An '04 530 had a known transmission defect causing the car to stop, so I had to get rid of it with just 59k mi. They just sold me an '06 Mercedes E350 with a serious engine defect that will cost me about $5k to fix. My salesman was JUDE. BEWARE.

trash service for a first time buyer Called in the morning to test drive an m4. Was told there was 2 of them and scheduled a test drive. Drove 45 mins out to the dealership just to tell me I couldn't test drive the vehicle and that If I wanted to test drive it, I would have to agree on price and delivery date (meaning buying the car without even sitting in it). Ryan, You and I texted after you left. I agreed that we should have managed the expectations of test driving an "M car" before you made the trip. You wanted to test drive an M4 off the showroom floor and when we suggested covering the other pieces to the sale, like payment expectations, appraising the Hyundai Genesis, etc., you then asked if you could test drive an M2 since it was outside. Bait and Switch Bait and Switch. I made and appointment to view a specific vehicle on April 17th at 3pm for April 18th at 10am. I show up for my appointment then Mike the sales rep conveniently cannot find the car. Also with great coincident the confirmation link for the car no longer works. Then I am told the car was "sold" and would I be interested in a new car or other options. Not happy with Fairfax BMW VA Your Review: Copy I bought this car from Fairfax BMW back on November. I was very happy with my purchase until I noticed the front ring on the passenger side looks like preview owner scratched the ring and decided to painted with a different paint and same thing with the trunk and a couple of spots in the car. Buyer Beware Bought a used 2013 X3 from them last April 2019. Now 8 months later, I have to put a whole new engine in the car. Was driving and all of the sudden it stopped running and warning light came on for drive train malfunction and engine oil low. This is my 1st BMW so as much as I read the reviews of the model, nothing ever mentioned this.
