BMW of Fairfax Virginia Used BMW of Fairfax for 4 years. They are pricey like all BMW shops but you get what you pay for. Can always get car in quick and service done timely.

Tricky fix My car was hit in a parking lot, and the damage was at the front/top of the hood and grill. the impact pushed down a headlight causing additional damage below the impact area. You go to a dealership for a One and done experience on something like this, but it's sometimes hard to catch these things. They did okay.

Overpriced and failed to fix repair Like many high-volume BMW dealers, they take for granted their clients. I have brought my car in for the same repair at least three times. They have build a fix each time. Very frustrating experience. I plan to find a non-dealer garage that specializes in BMWs in the future. Suggested your avoid this dealership; also extremely overpriced.

Becareful about GAP Insurance Very recently I purchased an used vehicle from BMW of Fairfax dealership. Initially my impression about their customer service was good. during financing the finance office force me to but the GAP Insurance. He mentioned that it is mandatory. Blindly I trust his word and bought it even though I had my full coverage from my insurance. After I came home I looked through the paperwork and found that GAP is an optional coverage. BMW Recalls - 3 major safety recalls I took my car in last summer because the airbag light came on after my husband sat in the passenger seat. BMW of Fairfax charged me $171.39 diagnostic fee. They said the problem was a L/F air bag sensor and harness in the drivers door and wanted to charge me over $1000.00 for the repair. I thought it odd as I believe it is a safety issue. Fairfax BMW Service Took car in to repair intermittent brake light and turn signal malfunction. Dealer replaced only bulbs and intermittent failure continued. Returned to dealer and had entire light assembly replaced. Dealer initially declined to credit original unsuccessful repair. After several discussions, priced reduced. That should have been deleted from initial bill. Not a satisfactory experience.

BMW Fairfax- Repai Experience All 1 star excepet the building...it was clean and nice. Customer service was not the best. Service advisor was rude and seemed annoyed because I was asking too questions about my repair job. I would not recommend BMW Fairfax to anyone.

BMW Body Shop Review I was really pump dropping my car for a bumper repair plus installing the front splinter. But the other lead tech seems to want to glue the splinter and wasnt sure of their work and I said forget it. I asked about their paint matching experience, they seem to be unsure and gave me alot of excuse of its not guaranteed. So, with no experience with them before and their projection of no confidence, I took my car to Quality Auto, which is a better shop. Absolutely the worst customer service I ever expe Buyer beware!!! This was the worst customer service I have ever received. The salesman Yusuf was totally disrespectful and unprofessional and all he had to do was be a little more pursuavie and he would’ve had the sale. Unfortunately he took another route and lost his cool and disrespected me. He even threaten to not return my deposit right before he hung up the phone on me.
