Services I came to BMW Fairfax for the first time to have my car serviced. I was completely satisfied with the customer service and helpful hints of my service manager. My only disappointment was the scratch o. The side of my car could not be repaired without paying a large sum of money however the good news is the slight fade to it with the recommendation of detailing. I will definitely return ! My service agent Jarrell Latham was excellent!

Great deal and experience! I recently purchased a used 2012 Nissan Sentra SR 2.0 from BMX Fairfax. James P was my salesperson. Called-in prior to going to the dealership and on arrival saw the parked outside the dealership - properly prep up and ready per their VIP treatment. After a few minutes with the formalities, test drove the car around the area and then sat with James to close the deal. These guys are amazing!!! The staff at bmw of fairfax are an elite team of professionals. With a low pressure environment and a beautiful and clean dealership you feel at ease. Everyone seemed to be in great moods and smiling which just sends an inviting vibe. We were greeted by Chip Geppi who was so helpful and patient with our needs. 2010 528i service The usual good service - nice experience at Fairfax BMW. There was an issue from my previous service that created a need for some additional work that I felt was a result of the previous repair but the customer service advisor was helpful in finding a cheaper work around so I was only out of pocket $50 instead of $200 and I got my next service taken care of as well so it wasn't a lose lose at the end of the day. They got the extra work done quick and I was on my way.
