Mark Stout is an Excellent Service Advisor I hit a pothole and damaged one wheel and tire. Mark Stout took my car in, gave me a loaner vehicle, and kept me advised on progress and price of the replacement wheel and tire, and alignment. My car was finished when promised. The car was washed and clean. It looked good and it ran good. Couldn't ask for anything more. This excellence in service is why I always ask for Mark Stout as my service advisor for both of our cars.

Kudos to BMW/Fairfax staff! Salesman Rudy was patient, knowledgeable and helped us get the price on a 2013 X1 we were comfortable with. Finance guy Andrew was a whiz who got our monthly payment well below what we hoped to get. Overall a wonderful experience on a great product.

2007 BMW 3 series repairs Jerrell has been working with us for a while and does a great job. He is honest About what needs to be done. He keeps us up to date on progress and ensures we can get a loaner.
