Feedback on service on BMW 335i atBMW of Fairfax Car was taken at appointed time and work was completed in a timely fashion. Facility was comfortable and it makes the wait-time inviting, making the wait seem brief.

First time leasing - so easy Thomas Casey made it so easy. It was my first time leasing an X1, I was in and out within 2 hours. Thomas is very knowledgeable about the cars and we cut through the bottom line really fast. Excellent experience with BMW of Fairfax I have been shopping for a BMW 5 series for a couple of weeks. I visited a variety of BMW dealerships in the DMV area. Excellent experience Andreea was fantastic. She kept me in the loop through the process and exceeded my expectations. I love the new pay online option.
