Mr Castoria met all of my requirements in the sale of a 528i BMW. He was very friendly and patient when negotiating a reasonable price for the car. It was a pleasure dealing with John. He was professional and available. I would highly recommend him to others. John was open, honest and attentitive to my needs. He did the little things to make the most use of my time and given my travel schedule, that was very important to me.

I had decided to trade my 2010 Nissan Pathfinder in for a new car. The choice was either an ML550, a Cayanne S or the X5. I narrowed it down to either the Porsche or the BMW after my first visit with Jon (Jonathan Paciello) at Circle BMW. I excluded the ML mainly due to the fact that Mercedes did not take "care of me" on my last two visits there for service of my other cars eventhough I could have made a better deal at Mercedes as I have a fleet account with Mercedes. Jonathan assisted in every way allowing me to act quickly and ultimately happy with purchase. Circle BMW provided quality service. The employees were generous and were able to answer all the questions we had. The employee we dealt with directly, Jonathan Paciello, was phenomenal and was able to answer all of our questions. I would highly recommend this dealer and specifically Jonathan Paciello because he was straight-forward and very respectful. Both my mother and I went to Len for new cars. He was very helpful and fast. In the future I would go back to Len for a new car. He was very knowledgeable about all models available and also future models. Overall the experience was great and I give it a 10 out of 10

Friendly and got me in and out very quickly. Most of the paperwork was taken care of via email the day before. Even went over the features of the car with me. Car was clean and ready for delivery. Even tossed in an extra set of floor mats. I would recommend this dealership and buy from them again.
