I started looking for a car on Sunday. On Monday morning, Mike contacted me about my offer. Today is Wed, I signed and have my new car. 3 days, I did not think the process was going to be this quick and smooth, but it was. No gimmicks no BS. Mike was direct and gets the job done. Dealer is one of the best I've dealt with (this was my 7th car, and 2nd BMW). Dealership is spotless, staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Jonathan was a great sales rep - lots of help, but no pressure to make a sale. He let us know he was there when we were ready. We visited, called and emailed - and everything we asked was responded to promptly and accurately. When I inquired about a 2007 335i coupe last week I knew it was an extreme long shot to say the least.. At first I didn't get my hopes up as I had done this about 3 times prior with other dealerships much closer to me with no success! I've just completed my second lease with Circle and Clay Stroud is the reason I keep coming back. I have send my father and sister to him as well and will see him again when it's time for a new lease. Clay is honest and dependable and exemplifies a good sales person. Circle BMW is an excellent dealership.
