I attempted to do business with this dealership almost two years ago and had a bad experience. I was a little hesitant to go back but did in search of a new vehicle. From the moment the appointment was set up to meet the internet client advisor until the day my X5 arrived, I can only say wonderful things about the dealership. I met Mike Castoria as he pulled up next to me in his 2011 m3 convertible near my house in staten island as I was driving my m5..we instantly hit it off both being car enthusiasts and right away I could tell mike was a good guy. Jonathan Paciello was extremely knowledgable about the BMW product line. I test drove various models before deciding upon an X5, and Jonathan was excellent throughout the selection process. He was able to help me compare and contrast the various models and their features and packages. The entire transaction went very smoothly. All paperwork was ready and waiting for me upon arrival at the dealership, and Jonathan went through the delivery process in a very comprehensive manner.

I have purchased 4 new vehicles in the past (Honda, Dodge, Chevrolet, and Lexus)and Jon was by far the best experience Ive ever had due to his professionalism, knowledge, and customer service. His customer service was EXCEPTIONAL!!!! He should be promoted and get a pay raise. I arrived at the dealership without an appointment and Alan was more than willing to take the time to work with us and was very concerned with our needs as a family and what was important to us. He spent the majority of the day with us going over the car, and it became clear to us why this was the car for us and they were willing to work with us to get the best price possible. Purchased our first BMW in June and went back a month later to purchase our second. Need I say more. Alan, Michael and Brian provided exceptional service and each one takes the time to go over every detail until you are comfortable. Would not go anywhere else.

Having purchased many cars in my lifetime I do not appreciate a hard sell or high pressure salesmen. Alan Tannenhaus was professional, courteous, and above all very easy to work with. Additionally on the day I picked up my vehicle everything was ready as promised, and Brian Valentine gave my wife and I an extremely thorough overview of the vehicle and its operation systems (note – Brian would make a great sales person). This will not be my last purchase at Circle BMW. ps - I love the car!!!
