This was my second lease with Circle BMW. Lenny Giglio was courteous, well knowledgeable and extremely patient. I would definitely recommend Circle Dealership and especially Lenny to all my family and friends. The overall professionalism is superior in this dealership.

I could not be more pleased with my experience at Circle BMW. This was by far the easiest and most pleasant transaction I have ever made. I had been to several dealers prior who had undervalued my trade and claimed it was because they "price their cars competitively". What does one have to do with the other? I went to the dealership to service my ten year old three series convertible. We had been there before and liked the way we were treated. When Bob, the service specialist reviewed our estimate with us, my husband and I decided not to complete the repair work. I had a 2000 238i for the past 11 and a half years. I finally decided to get a new BMW. I was greated at Cirlce BMW by Jonathan Paciello, who was very friendly. Jonathan worked up a 3 series lease special I saw on bmwusa.com. I had some questions regarding the lease calculations and he went over them with me. Recently purchased a 2011 BMW 535. Through out the process I worked with Carolyn Noce who was referred to me by a friend of mine. Carolyn was extremely helpful through out the entire process, she answered every question I had and made the process of purchasing the new car completely painless. The service was 2nd to none, I would highly recommend dealing with Carolyn in the purchase of any BMW.

ths is my second car with circle bmw and the sales experience with paul richardson was unique in that it was actually pleasant! paul is a genuine guy and made teh process non adversarial. he worked hard to get me the car i wanted, not what a dealer wants to give you. other than the fact that paul is a sox fan, i can;t say enough nice things about the guy. i certainly didn;t leave there like i have left most car dealerships in the past---like why did i just give them all that money? and the car is great.! blew away mercedes i... read more

I would highly recommend Circle BMW and especially working with Bryan Raiken for all service or body repair needs. Bryan made a difficult time dealing with an auto body repair seem painless. My expectations were exceeded on how Bryan worked with my insurance company and delivered my car as promised. The work done was excellent. Outstanding professionalism at all levels from sales to finance. Alan B. Tannenhaus handled the sales/lease process smoothly and seemlessly (2nd vehicle with him). Ordered, delivered and received as promised. At pick-up, vehicle was in pristine condition and all paperwork accurate. Instructions completed for proper handling and all accessories reviewed. A top flight experience! My highest recommendation.
