Excellent! Went above and beyond to complete the service ! Would highly recommend!!! The pricing was very comparable and on target and the attention to detail was great. The car came back to me better than before and the degree of professionalism from the porter to the repair manger was very pleasant.
I had my car in for regular maintenance recently and dealt with Michael Sobecki in the Service Department. Michael is extremely helpful - from the time I dropped my car off, to the time I picked it up, he kept me informed every step of the way. He is the number one reason I will continue to service my car at Princeton BMW. I would recommend Michael and this dealership to all BMW owners - I have never received such great treatment at any other car dealership!
I spent the last several weeks researching and shopping for cars, I have visited numerous dealerships and must say that the atmosphere was very welcoming at Princton BMW. Dan was extremely helpful and very detailed in the attention to detail and our needs in the purchase of our preowned BMW. Had a great experience at this dealership after being soured at Open Road and Flemington BMW. I disliked some of the other dealerships due to either inattentative salesmen or salesmen that were just too pushy for my liking. Joe DiMattia got me into the car that fit my needs best after a short conversation. The rating speaks for itself. I had a fast appointment, got a ride to and from my location. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My service advisor explained the problem and the cost and I had it fixed. All in all a very smooth process. The service employees were super nice and curteous. Service advisor Luke Stryker is the reason I buy BMWs (5 and counting) from Princeton BMW and not the other dealerships closer to my home. The guy just gets it - I want my car taken care of quickly and right so I don't have to come back. He always makes sure he's got a loaner car for me if I need to leave the car for the day, and he communicatesd with me throughout the day so I can plan when I will pick it up. Selecting a car that is right for you can be a challenge. But Jim Christ and his team have made this experience easy and wonderful. I felt completely taken care of from start to finish. I was well advised and not sold anything I did not want or need. They even handled the return of my old car to the dealership and had my new BMW ready on time for me. A BMW is a reliable and luxurious and fun car. I highly recommend this dealership.
Overall I was very pleased with dealer. Not pushy and very helpful. Very helpful when setting up financing options. They were able to get the vehicle with the specifications I requested in a reasonable amount of time. I was kept informed throughout the sales/purchase process.
