I had an issue with an extended warranty contract purchased with a representative who is no longer with the dealership. Mr. Christ listened to my complaint, contacted the warranty company, and resolved the issue. This was done in a timely manner and with professionalism. On the basis of this interaction, I would definitely recommend the Princeton BMW dealership.

Princeton BMW provided space for the YWCA Princeton's Bates Scholarship Benefit on Nov 4. Christine T cheerfully provided whatever help we we needed, the Showroom was beautiful, and GM Jim Christ was generous in providing us with the beautiful showroom space and a gift card door prize. Overall Princeton BMW played a large part in our having a very successful fundraiser as well as all attendees having a very good time!

Whenever I need to bring my car in for service, even small issues, I'm always treated with the utmost attention, respect, and a caring attitude. With the weather changes, my car indictor light flashed "Low Tire" and I brought my car in for a check-up. As soon as I enter the BMW facility, Frank Menna says "hello Joanne" and how can they help me? Great customer service! Exactly what I expect from a BMW dealer. I just returned my BMW at the end of its lease. Princeton BMW made the experience both pleasant and professional. There are a number of BMW dealership closer to my home, but I will most certainly return to Princeton BMW when I buy another BMW. They are simply outstanding.

About six years ago I swore never to step foot again into Princeton BMW....then we met Jim Christ. It was at a social engagement that Jim asked us to give Princeton BMW a second chance, explaining that since the change in ownership there has been a change in culture. So we gave Jim the opportunity to service our 2009 535i. We could not of asked for better service and attention to detail. Jim demonstrated his words. Now we look forward to stepping foot into Princeton BMW...

My husband and myself have been driving BMW's for 10 years. We always leased our vehicles from Thompson BMW in Doylestown, PA. When our 325xi was coming due we decided to purchase a 335i convertible and thus started shopping around. We, of course, went to Thompson and were very disappointed with their lack of interest or professionalism. Joe D was excellent, taking the time to review the car's features, being patient when I asked for it, giving me time to think and discuss the deal with my wife. At delivery he took care of all the details, even helping to handle a few things I would have expected to do. I would recommend Joe to anyone and work with him again if the opportunity presents itself.

Every 3 years I purchase a pre-owned certified BMW. I can honestly say this is the best dealership I have ever worked with. I was treated as though I were purchasing a brand new 7 series yet my purchase was a beautiful pre-owned BMW.
