We originally planned to buy an Audi Q5 and put BMW X3 as our second option. Joe was very nice and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and shared a lot information about X3. Staffs at the dealership were friendly. When I went there for a test drive, the new price was not out yet. That night, both Marty and Joe gave me a courtesy call regarding it. In Cleveland for a hockey tournament, I contacted the dealership on Friday about several used vehicles. Avery called me right away and set an appointment for Saturday morning. He was understanding, knowledgeable and detailed....and made feel like I was the only one at the dealership. After finding a CPO BMW 335i at this dealership online, I used their website's "check availability" function to inquire about the car. I had a great experience. Excellent service, very friendly and knowledgeable. Emmanuel helped me find everything that I was looking for in a vehicle. Went into detail about possible options and explained how he tries to drive every car personally so he can related the experience to the customer and find the best possible options. Definitely went above and beyond.
