This is my second CPO BMW from this dealership as I have found the selection, service and overall process of purchasing a vehicle to be excellent. I've shopped at other dealerships but none in the Cleveland area have been as courteous and professional as those at BMW Cleveland. Dealing with Ron we felt we had made a new friend. He was helpful in searching out the needs for my new car and then finding one that fit that list of wishes. Buying the BMW was a pleasant experience in a beautiful showroom with many friendly people working there.

We have leased and purchased 6 BMWs from BMW Cleveland since early 2004. We have always felt welcomed and appreciated. Our SA (Jeff Allen) is top notched and he always roll out the red carpet when my wife and/or myself show up at the dealership. The service department is the same, we are always well informed on any service on our BMWs. I hope heaven is like BMW Cleveland because everyone is smiling. Jim Laumer did a great job working through the process. He was very understated in his approach. Nothing turns a customer off more than an aggressive approach. Jim understands this and through his knowledge of the vehicle and appreciation of reasonable price steered me to the right car. While competitors had similar vehicles I preferred to work with Jim.
The service experience was so smooth. I felt they treated the situation with speed and efficiency. The team kept me well informed. I would definitely service my car there again.
Car was ready when promised. However, i am still having an issue. I called today and was able to get service right a way with a loaner....quite a relief. Very happy with overall experience!
