We purchased a used Acura MDX via the internet. The vehicle was as described. No problems. No hassles. The entire process was smooth and only took about 1.5 hours to complete.
What can I say from beginning to end a GREAT experience. I am from Birmingham Michigan. I found my car online. Well worth the 3 hour drive. The price-the car- the sales man Jim Laumer EXCELLANT. I arrived at noon and was back on the road by 12:30 everything was ready for me. ( even a full tank of gas) I will definitely recommend them to friends and family here. Compared to the dealerships here. I will make the drive again next time. Thanks for making it so easy Jimmy!!!!!
We purchased one car from BMW Cleveland a few years ago and returned to lease another car. We did not look anywhere else. We have always been very satisfied with the treatment we receive. Having spent some time on-line "building" the BMW I needed to replace two cars: one a convertible and the other an AWD sedan, Avery Wieder emailed me to see if he could be of assistance. Without repetitive messages he worked in accordance with my schedule (and the Winter weather) to arrange a test drive and learn my preferences. worked with Donna in sales and Pat on the paper work. both very nice ladies. I had worked with Pat on my last lease and she really knows what she's doing. It was a pleasure dealing with Donna for the lease of my 2015 BMW X3. She showed us the car and explained the features. All our questions in the subsequent visit were answered courteously and we were able to close the deal to our satisfaction.
