I had a very negative experience with this dealership. I dealt with Avery Wieder. He seemed disinterested in selling the car right from the beginning. He quoted me a price on BMW X3 which seemed on the higher side. When i offered a price that was 2% lower than the quoted price, he replied very rudely via email and asked me to stop wasting his time. WORST EXPERIANCE EVER. I would not recommend anyone take their business to BMW Cleveland in Solon. My first experience started after I researched for hours finding the perfect BMW model that met my needs. I came to the conclusion that I was searching for a certified pre owned 2013 328i xdrive. This is by far the worst service and I wont go back. Danielle and Steve in service were just horrible to work with. They shouldnt be allowed to treat people that way

Purchased pre owned, terrible experience. Sold me a lemon when I was told car is great. Stay away from *"Jim Balala"*. Only interested in making his commission and on to the next. Just go to another dealership.

Extremely disappointed. It all started with a routine oil change and wiper blade replacement. I receive a call stating I had an additional $4000 in repairs needed for my 2009 X5 that has only 75,000 miles. Most of the "recommended" repairs had to do with "leaking" valve gaskets. I declined all of the work that "needed" to be completed, minus replacing a front sway bar. I receive my car back at work via their valet service. I parked my car and back back to work. We liked the car when we first saw it and how clean it was until the test drive, it road well but its braking power was very poor so our salesman gave only one option to cut the rotors, after taking the vehicle home I didn't realize it at the time but the brakes were only about 80% working because the pads were not new. As the vehicle was being Inspected he looked at the pads their was only 75% on one side of pad and 60% on the other half. The front rotors were cut to minimum by your service department. The brakes for this 2009 Lexus Rx 350 did measure between 60 and 75% which passes our internal inspection. We fail brake inspections for anything under 40-50% . We inspected the vehicle on 6/19/2015 with a repair order#26004757/1. We value our clients and always make sure we try and deliver a quality product.
I had a poor service experience with BMW Cleveland. Service department is resistant to maintain a vehicle. Difficult to schedule appointments. It would be nice to have a streamlined service experience.
I had to use roadside assistance to get my car to the dealership while out of town. Very disappointed with the service of roadside assistance. The dealership helped facilitate getting my car after a failed phone call attempt. I had someone at. My house all day on the day that roadside promised to come pick it up. The dealership made it happen 7 1/2 hours later.
I had a problem with the service. The o-ring for the oil filter was omitted which resulted in oil leaking in my driveway. I called BMW service to have the vehicle towed, there were no tow trucks available at first but I called later and a truck was available. My vehicle was delivered but when I called to check on the progress I was informed that my vehicle was not on the lot.
