"Winter tire swap. On Thursday determined new snows..." Winter tire swap. On Thursday determined new snows needed. Tires not available & given Friday 11:30a appt. Tires did not arrive until afternoon. Was not told of the delay until 3:00p. Was at dealership until 4:30p. 5 hours for tire/wheel exchange! Was offered loaner but declined since this should have been a 2 hour job. "Noise repair " Did not solve the problem but still charged me. Looks more like try this and try that to see what works. When pushed suggested to call BMW. Customer satisfaction in my case came 2nd to revenue.
"Horrible up-selling. Ruined he brand for me" Brought the vehicle for an exhaust system recall repair. Previous "battery discharging" message reset by itself. Dealer wanted $149 to "diagnose". At warranty service check-in was told that I was "3,000 miles from my next 10,000 mile routine service". Declined early 10,000 mile service Battery replacement would be about $700 with labor. "Bad Customer service" They are so conceded and they have no customer service at all. No one ever calls back. So disappointed in a BMW dealership. I was going to buy a new vehicle but for the money I am spending I will go to Mercedes Benz and spend my money there. I am surprised they even have any cars to sell. Awful service and they do not value customers. I will never be back. They do bait and switch. Don't ever buy a car from here. They better not be around much longer. They give a bad name to BMW.
"The most screwed up dealership and dis honest dealership. " I go in to buy a vehicle. They made me wait 2 hours before they even said I was ready to speak with the person to get my car. They would not prep the car until after I bought the vehicle. Awful service for an $80,000 vehicle. Go somewhere else and buy a car at any other dealership then Cleveland bmw

"Solon BMW disappointed " Had some issues with my M6. Took it in to have some electronics replaced, new tires and headlight washer plate replaced on front bumper. Service rep must of been new and didn’t know what she was talking about. Put different tires on the car than we ordered, headlight washer plate was installed then we were told we needed to replace entire bumper because a tab was broken on washer plate (this was the problem in the first place). "Lacking Customer Service" I have been working 3 months to try and get the money the dealership owes me, a license plate, and signed copies of documents. The management (Marty Sharp, Tom Hawkins, Josh Deluco) at this dealership leaves a lot to be desired in terms of customer service when things go off track. Please own your issues and provide real resolutions and realistic timeframes to your customers. I would not recommend this dealership and would highly suggest you avoid it at all costs.
