I bought my 2004 325xi new from BMW Cleveland. My salesperson was extremely friendly and patient. He worked hard to find the exact car I wanted and even got me the monthly payment I wanted for my loan. My car was delivered promptly and every detail of the sale went without a hitch. I have just received my fourth BMW 5 series car in the last 9 years from this dealership (a new car every three years). This dealership is nothing short of spectacular. Everything as promised within the promised time frame, if not sooner! Prices are competitive if not less. I live in Louisville, KY and I prefer to deal with BMW Cleveland, about 350 miles away, than to deal with the local loser dealership here. Highly recommended. Great sales department. Even better service.
Purchased my BMW from them and initially I was happy once I finally got the car…. However, I began to notice that the car was stalling when I started it and tried to drive off. I took it in to get diagnosed and they didn’t find anything wrong with it. For the past year and four months of having the car, I still have this issue. "The ethics and professionalism at this dealership is..." The ethics and professionalism at this dealership is pathetic!! Arrived early to drive the vehicle I was planning on purchasing. Mind you....I made this appointment the day before. Upon early arrival I was told the vehicle was sold. I was never notified or given the opportunity to purchase and was told by the general manager....”Can I be honest with you??? It’s all about the money. I apologize!!!” What HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I’m appalled!!!
"My 2020 MY bmw sit in the garage for only 6 days after a..." My 2020 MY bmw sit in the garage for only 6 days after a 1 hour drive and the battery completely died out. Not only they took 5 days to return my car, but also didn't change the battery under warranty, and rather blamed me on everything. They also tried to charge me $160+ "diagnosis fee" for a car still under factor warranty! This is my 5th bmw but I'll seriously reconsider owning another one due to the poor service I received from here. Never again.
