"No customer service " I was lied to. The service is shabby and the people there didn’t know what the car equip with. Since I am parcels crippled I can’t get the cover off the spare tire and wasn’t showed how. I can’t believe they are still in business. Please don’t buy a car there they will cheat you. There was no check list to go over the car with. All I was asked is what do you want to see. I don’t even know what’s on the car. I don’t get all the people who I talked to in Management. My wife and I almost got killed. The dealer ship didn’t care I wonder how many people they have screwed. I am a vet. I have been shot and fought hand to hand combat. But I have never been so mistreated. I am telling all my friends in the amvets veterans of foreign wars All the veterans I know and all the clubs. Bmw name will be mud when I spread the word. It will take a while but you all will be sorry. Your Bmw co. Will not be bought by Americans in Ohio.
"Not enough exposure to recommend yet..." Service appt to look at slow leak in one tire. Needed new tire; had to leave vehicle for entire weekend. Repairs all fine. But didn’t clean new tire and didn’t wash car because equipment was out of service.

"Customer Service from xxxx" Danielle Hope (service advisor) should not be employed as a customer service rep. She’s rude, impatient, sarcastic and did not have much knowledge of the job as a representative. Her job is to be the bridge and communicate effectively & in a friendly manner what the technician completed or is recommending for the vehicle. "mediocre communication. pushing the upsell" Difficult to actually speak to a service advisor before a service visit. Quick to move to upselling the service. Deft at making me feel how lucky I am to get service from the dealership. Actively seeking alternatives..
"Reason to go to Classic " I felt the rep wasn’t as knowledgeable of service. Although they returned my call but, I always had to leave a voicemail. Loaner cars were not available. Really felt uncomfortable. Porters were very helpful. After picking up vehicle I still hear noise.
"Car left with damage done." After picking up my car to have the recalls taken care of, my dash is chipped up, the speedometer glass is all scratched, and I have lights on my dash that weren't there when I dropped the car off. I went back the next day to talk to the manager, but she was in a meeting so I emailed her. It's been two weeks and I haven't heard back from the dealership. I'll only give two stars because my service person, Max was great. That's all.
"Oil change much longer than expected and bad attitude" I was quoted 1-1.5 hours for an oil change. I returned back to the dealership after 1.5 hours and was told it would be at least another hour. The service advisor had a patronizing attitude - told me that he was sorry but then talked to himself after he walked away. I don’t appreciate this situation while paying a huge lease for a luxury vehicle.
At a prior service visit, I was told that I would have an extensive array of services including brake replacement before my warranty was up. Took my car in and was told, I could not have the brakes replaced unless I was at 3,000 plus miles to go. According to my car's computer, my next service is scheduled for 3,000 miles (for brakes) and I will have just about gone over my warranty. I feel like I am being bamboozled so that I have to pay out of pocket.

I had a very negative experience with this dealership. I dealt with Avery Wieder. He seemed disinterested in selling the car right from the beginning. He quoted me a price on BMW X3 which seemed on the higher side. When i offered a price that was 2% lower than the quoted price, he replied very rudely via email and asked me to stop wasting his time.
