Srvc Rating The service team members are all very friendly & helpful in regards to your service, the only downside is when calling to make appt it is not explained that if you need a loaner they won't have any available for at least 2 weeks out. So plan accordingly when dropping your vehicle off if it has to stay for a period of time 🙃
Attentive and Quick I tend to do my own vehicle maintenance, but with my 328d, I prefer to let BMW do the service for two reasons: First, this is one of the few places I feel the customer service truly focuses on the customer. Second, the service is performed without delay and the customer lounge is comfortable.
Friendly and efficient The service team was very friendly and communicated well. I received an email and a phone call to discuss findings and next steps. Considering the busy time of year, they got me in and out in a reasonable timeframe.
Thanks for everything The service crew was fantastic. I was having a bad day and nothing was going right. The team quickly help me get checked in and helped me with everything I needed to drop my car off. I showed up to pick up the car and they got me processed and out quickly. Thanks!
