Justin’s the Man! Justin provided outstanding service. He informed me of my best options to choose from and also provided some safety recommendations (tires and alignment). Didn’t get the recommended safety service but will be back to get the work done. I did get battery replacement and brake flush! It’s always pleasurable when I come to BMW of Annapolis

35,000 Service Everything was great. Both wait time and cost as estimated. The only thing it was freezing in the service department.

Hunter was awesome I had an excellent experience at BMW of Annapolis. My car build was delayed during the pandemic. Hunter was very honest and accessible. I fully understood what was occurring and although I did not like the delay it was clear that there was nothing he could do. I usually hate the process of purchasing cars due to the nature of the games that salesmen often play. None of that occurred with Hunter and BMW of Annapolis. It was my most enjoyable experience yet. I can recommend them without reservation
