Excellent service As a soldier in the Maryland Army National Guard, I would have to say I appreciate Your service. My visit was very pleasant and professional. Mrs Jane King was my service provider and she was absolutely wonderful! Honest and informative. The inspection of my vehicle was top notch including a detailed video of recommendations on my BMW 2008 3 series! What a wonderful experience. Meeting the BMW standard This was a my first visit to an American BMW service department. I was not able to observe the bay so I cannot compare. The personnel and waiting area have personal effects which is different, but overall it is clean with a comfortable and clean waiting area. On Time Service Scheduled service on line for a Saturday morning. The service staff at the dealership was very friendly and attentive. The wait time for the repair work was reasonable. All in all a very positive experience.

Great and quick service I was able to get an appointment on just a few days notice, and had my oil changed while I waited. My service rep even helped me take advantage of a promotional offer that saved me some money. Great experience!
Nail in Tire Dontae was efficient courteous and knowledgeable. My tire was installed quickly and they washed my car!
