Excellent Service I own a 2021 M440i. It needed a oil change and the cig lighter was not charging. Unknown to my attention was a recall on the dynamic stability control. They fixed that as well and washed and cleans the car. It was all done in an hour. I love my bmw and would recommend BMW Annapolis to any of my friends and family.
Always provide great service Great customer service. Everyone is always friendly. Prices are fair. I never feel like services are pushed that are not needed.
Annual service checkup Today Nick was my customer success advisor and was very welcoming and pleasant from beginning to end. He explained all scheduled maintenance and went over all that was completed.

Amazing service at BMW of Annapolis! The routine service I received on my BMW recently was great. The service advisor, Jane King, was very friendly, professional, honest and efficient. The turnaround time was amazing as well. I was in and out in no time, especially since I came in around 10:30a instead of early in the morning. I appreciate the service I received and thank everyone who made my experience enjoyable. Thanks again for a job well done.
