Helpful kind, and exceptional stafff First time at this location. Staff and service was great. The online videos via text message of what the technician is doing was unexpected, but great information to have. Little things like that really show the intentional approach to service BMW is providing. My service consultant Jeremy Miller did an outstanding job. Not all Heroes wear capes Jane needs to improve her communication skills. I dropped off my car at 0745 in the morning. Received ZERO updates. I had to reach out. Just to call Jane at 4 pm to find out my car was never even touched. Her excuse “not enough technicians, we were busy.” “Sorry.” That is not an excuse. Customers need updates in order to plan their days out for example; how am I getting to work the next day without my car? an earlier notice would have helped. Anyways, Jeremy helped me out.
