Tired I have been working with BMW for 10 plus years. This location is outdated and tired. The service center is not up to BMW standards. The check process was confusing and unprofessional.
Best tires price around I drove from Silver Spring all the way to Annapolis to replace my BMW tires. Their prices were the best around and service was top notch. Thank you BMW of Annapolis
Great Service but Incredibly Slow Tire change, 1 tire, oil change, and brake fluid. Quoted 1.5 hours to 2 hours. That was at 0830. At 1300 I was told my car was done. I finally got my car back at 1345. Work and price were fine but the time that it took was awful

Recall Service Brought vehicle in for fix of recall item. Left car evening before for 7 am service with Robert. Received text that evening from Robert to let him know if I needed anything else. On day of service I didn’t hear anything about the vehicle. Texted Robert at 1:41pm to ask status. Never heard from him. I finally called service department at 3:37 pm to see if car was finished and was told the car was done. First service Customer service agent was cheerful and pleasant. He kept us apprised of the service issues while we waited. Explained all of the service items completed and asked if we had any questions.

Joke Absolutely unprofessional. Walked in the service department twice and both of the times there was no acknowledgement from any service member. They kept up with their own little conversations. They almost pretended that they do not see me looking around. Finally i approached one of them to asked about my car that was being serviced.
