Great Service at BMW of Annapolis Great customer service. Uses a really great app that they email you with all the suggested services for your vehicle that you can approve or disapprove and then email it back to your Service Adviser. There are no surprises. Jane was my Service Adviser and she was great. Definitely will continue to go there to get my wife's truck serviced.
My New Dream Vehicle Even though I live in coastal DE, I decided to buy my new 2022 X3 from BMW of Annapolis based on an amazing customer service experience and a very knowledgable, professional and friendly sales associate. I had a very good impression of this dealership and my sales associate was terrific in helping me design the build for the vehicle I wanted.
Jane is awesome! Jane was so helpful through out the process . We had a major service done and Jane made sure we understood what was involved, the costs, as well as when to expect the work to be completed. We couldn’t have asked for anything more. Jane is awesome and we will be seeing her the next time we need work done!
