Great Service at BMW of Annapolis Great customer service. Uses a really great app that they email you with all the suggested services for your vehicle that you can approve or disapprove and then email it back to your Service Adviser. There are no surprises. Jane was my Service Adviser and she was great. Definitely will continue to go there to get my wife's truck serviced.

My New Dream Vehicle Even though I live in coastal DE, I decided to buy my new 2022 X3 from BMW of Annapolis based on an amazing customer service experience and a very knowledgable, professional and friendly sales associate. Fast, friendly, and consistent communication Everything a service experience should be.
