Warranty Repairs Dealership provided a loaner car while my vehicle had some minor warranty work done. Nick is always attentive. Work completed.

Everything was great except no loaner I live in the Eastern Shore and need a loaner when I drop my car off. For 3 years I have been using your service department with a loaner and it was great! Really would like to see that return because I really need it.
Comfort during stressful time! I have had nothing but problems with my car no fault dealer. They were very patient with me and explained everything. They worked with me throughout the whole process.
Don’t go to BMW of Annapolis Poor customer service. I’ll never take my vehicle there ever again. The dealership service department told the BMW roadside assistant representative that they had the part available and my vehicle would be ready the next day. As it turned out they kept my vehicle all weekend long and would not provide a loaner which left me stranded and unable to go to work on Monday morning. Flat Tire Ran over a metal piece which caused puncture. Called service to schedule replacement since tire is run-flat. Tire was not in stock at dealership but delivered same day but too late for install. Dropped the vehicle that evening. Tire was replaced next day. Service reps Jane and Justin were courteous and responsive.
