First time at your dealership but it won’t be the last. You guys were great I came to this dealership to have warranty work done on my car so it didn’t cost me anything and I felt like I was treated as well as the people that were buying a new car. PS after they fixed my car for free they washed it am vacuumed it out.

Bad Communication The service department I’d awful with communication maybe because my car is a 2010 and not a 2020 it seems as if they were nonchalant and long winded my car has sentimental value but I was in the process of upgrading soon they didn’t answer my calls call back or try to answer my questions

Lies, lies and more lies The sales team and finance department are bluntly speaking [non-permissible content removed] who specialize in deception when it comes to settlement. I wouldn't buy a wheelbarrow from them and am happy to say I directed 2 other buyers to other dealerships. In 50 years of purchasing new vehicles never been treated so rude after the sale. Needless to say will never buy there again.

Waited too long I waited too long, over 3 hours for an oil change and was told 90 minutes. I had a low battery light on in the car and none of the techs mentioned it. I won’t return to this service center. No video of car while being serviced, Catonsville location does that

Integrity matters After dealing with dishonest/unethical practices from other dealerships, it was refreshing to walk into this dealership and get a level of integrity that was missing in the others. The used vehicle I purchased (Nissan Rogue) was in great condition and my salesperson was upfront about the "imperfections". The pricing was competitive and the dealer fee was reasonable and didn't have any other crazy fees tacked on like the other dealerships tried to do.

Oil change and changed brake fluid. I went to get an oil change for my vehicle and it was recommended I should replace my brake fluid as well. I purchased both services and when I returned home my brakes were rubbing and making loud noises. I had no problem with my brakes at all. I'm scared to drive my car and it's the weekend.

No Safety /No Brakes I liked the fact the service was performed in 1day, I was provided a rental even though the loaner cars where unavailable and the vehicle received a carwash.😎 I disliked the black stains that were left on my brand new floor mats. My tires had smudges when they did not come in for service smudged and stained.

Service advisor disappointment My service advisor had a very flimsy explanation as to why my final charges were more than 50% more than I was quoted. I was in the waiting room for three hours and he could have called me over to explain that the charges would be not what he quoted, but instead had a bunch of additions and subtractions to come up with a number…none which makes any sense, when I went to pay the bill. Dishonest Price for Service I took my car in for a simple oil change and had a coupon for $69.99 but was the told total is now $250 after the service is done and at checkout. I never told them to do anything extra and without permission they changed the brake fluid. Dishonesty is my biggest pet peeve. I would have been more than happy to pay if I was told before service was completed.
