I have never seen service department of a dealership does not greet you or I have never seen service department of a dealership does not greet you or welcome you. They are all stone faced, unwelcome attitude, like they don't care about you. I give u zero 🌟

As expected My oil change at 2 year maintenance called for by BMW took over 90 minutes Next time I’ll schedule for a loaner

Service not fantastic but ok I explained what service I needed over the phone along with needing a loaner. I was given the ok. Upon dropping over my vehicle, I was told the level of service on my vehicle didn't qualify for a loaner. If I would've known at the beginning, then I could've planned accordingly. I have no issues waiting or coordinating a ride on my own. Fortunately, the service center was able to acquire a loaner, after I explained the whole situation. Can get right. I viviste this location in March because a service light came on. The technician sent me video of a bad oil leak he discovered. Rep told me a list of things I should take care of which included the oil leak, a battery, the item to remove the service warning, and some maintenance stuff. I told the rep to fix the Very Bad oil leak but he submitted to fix the battery instead. I thought the oil leak was addressed but No. fast forward to August I have more issues and low and behold it’s the same oil leak I THOUGHT ... read more

Oops!! The service shop neglected to reset the service indicator after doing the work. I had to return to have it done. Just an annoyance for the expected service level I had.

They do not discuss all of your options My wife and I leased our X5 and decided to buy it out since new cars really aren't available and the cost to buy the lease was better than new also. Anyway when buying the car they only gave the options of the add-ons,warranty , tirecare , maintenance etc. At no point were we told that there were options . Communication Lacking My car was tied up at the dealership for two weeks. Rather than calling me to discuss what repairs was needed, my wife received an email with a menu of repairs/services she could select from. She actually responded to the email, but a week later we received a voicemail asking us to respond to the previous week’s email. When you are looking at a $2,000 repair, I think the service rep should make a call in person to discuss the options, what repairs are urgent and which ones are recommended,etc. I am like... read more

Support the customer - don’t dismiss them… OEM Pirelli tire failed (workmanship and material) at 9300 miles while traveling on a highway. The tire went from normal pressure to zero pressure in an instant without any particular reason. Upon having the car towed to the dealer, I was told that the tire had a puncture. Based on the way the tire failed, I doubted that it was a puncture and asked to see the tire. I looked at the tire with one of the service technicians and we saw that there was no puncture. Problem Unresolved The staff was professional but the reason for service still exist. Have to return my vehicle again.
