Did not feel the BMW customer service experience Only learning my warranty was expired, the dealership/ service the day of my service visit, the department did not tell me on my last visit a month before the expiration. The dealership/ service department did not work with me at all. When I come to pick up my car to pay, none of my coupons were applied. The agent was not nice the day I gave my car to service nor the day I came to pick it up. She was rushing so much, she charged my card wrong the amount. Her mistake after all ... read more

Expect better from the dealer My car was due for an oil change and also when I do my tire rotation at Costco they told me that I also needed new tires before the winter. In addition, they also mentioned that the CV boot for the driver-side front Axle was torn. I decided to get the oil change done and also get a quote for the other things I listed. Awful service, even worse customer care I have had my car serviced at BMW of Annapolis exactly three times. And each and every time, I have had to take the car back because the service was incomplete or simply not performed. I have driven BMWs for 17 years. This is the only service facility I have ever had a problem with. The first time was to eliminate a rattle in the sunroof of my X3. The car was returned, and the rattle was still there. NO CHANGE. Lack of Customer Satisfaction - BUYER BEWARE For over 9 yrs I have owned 3 new BMW vehicles from various dealerships and I have never experienced customer service, such as what I received from the BMW of Annap dealership. I communicated back and forth with a salesperson there for approx 4 weeks and selected my vehicle of choice, negotiated the price, and was waiting a couple of days for my new vehicle to arrive. Disappointing I was misled by the service writer on a couple of items that had to be taken care of while my car was in for the extended service. When I questioned the price, Sean advised that I was quoted the best price for my 5 series. I texted him a coupon from another dealership close by and he said that coupon price was only good for the "smaller" cars. First off, I am not shocked at all the negative reviews for this dealership but I am shocked that things haven't been addressed on their end yet. After moving to the area about 2 years ago, I needed to take my BMW in for service and decided to take it to BMW of Annapolis because it was the closest BMW dealership to me and my parents had bought their past 2 BMW's from there and they seemed ok with it (though they've never raved about the dealership or anything). Dealer put 16 quarts of oil in X5 - Damages Priceless Dealer serviced my oil change, 2 wks later, car smoking and certified bmw local mechanic who didn't know who serviced my car last showed me that I had 16 quarts of oil in my car because whoever serviced it last didn't change the oil, they just added more. Oil overage blew gaskets and more, had to pay over 900 to fix. Told the dealer they should know and dealer told me it was the auto shop agains mine and good luck proving it. Took my 328 in for the routine 60K service. Was told that a number of things were wrong, and the repairs would be $4000! The "problems" were suspicious--oil pan gasket, valve cover gasket, spark plug wires--all classic scam items. So I pulled the car and took it to another dealer for the 60K. I specifically asked them to check the oil pan, valve cover, and wires along with the 60K. Guess what? No problems, just tighten a few bolts that were slightly below the specified torque.
