Excellent & Speedy Service Excellent customer service! The entire process was enjoyable! Everything was basically done before I arrived, it went extremely fast, everyone was very professional, and helpful! Highly recommend this dealership!!!
Be Real Patient Customer service personnel are superb. Friendly and professional. But be prepared to wait at least three hours for a simple oil change even if you have an appointment.

Worst experience Worst experience. Scheduled 7am appointment with loaner. Arrived - waited 45 minutes for enterprise to arrive. Only to be told your not in system with a loaner so no loaner. Contradicts what I was told when I scheduled appointment. Asked for service manager. He said I can’t give you a car if we don’t have one. this suddenly became my problem!! After a drive to Annapolis, sitting for 45 minutes now I’m told no car. My granddaughter was to arrive at 830. I was stuck. My husband had to leave work to pick me up-... read more
Always Great BMW Annapolis service is always fast, fair and friendly. I drive from Baltimore because the service here far exceeds the other locations.
Great service…but toooo long!! Service was great and team was professional and friendly, but when I have an appointment and only need basic service, it should not take almost 3 hours when they knew I was waiting.

Attitude I bought My X3 on 9/27, had a leaking sunroof and was told when I brought it in I needed 4 new tires and an alignment . Not happy with the fact the tires probably needed replacing 5k miles ago. And then to get attitude from Service Advisor. Unfortunately my last visit !
