BMW Service Dept is great! The most superb customer service. The scheduling center was especially helpful.
7 days! We had a first AM pre-scheduled appointment for a recall part. The part wasn’t in stock, took days to come in. They also had to replace a transmission seal. We had to track them down multiple tomes for updates (this is a recurring issue). It was 7 days before they finished these two items. We were never offered a loaner. Out vehicle has never been completed on time and we’re always pulling teeth for communication. We complete these surveys but it never improves. Great service Service is great , everyone is super friendly snd knowledgeable. They go above and beyond to make it right for the customer and that’s pretty rear in these times . I give thanks to have been able to have this interaction with the BMW service team .

Always Willing to do a Little Extra Our new car buying experience has been fantastic. I was hesitant to purchase Dent Guard but am I happy I did. Within a few short months someone hit the car with what must have been their car door. Small dent no scratches which was removed at the service center at absolutely no cost to me. Dontae even took the time to help me with the auto start feature on my X3 before I left.

Nick was best My car was towed in for a busted tire. Nick contacted me immediately, talked through what else I might need. I was then provided with the recommendations and decided what I needed. Nick was awesome! I'd go back for service
