I knew that I wanted an i3; but, I thought that purchasing one would be more money than I wanted to pay; but, Gebhardt countered with an offer that I felt was more than fair to me. The transaction was competed in a very pleasant and professional manner. I am really enjoying commuting in my i3.
David is my service person. I know I am in good hands with him for all my service needs. A real professional who provides the right recommendations for my service needs.
Very knowledgeable salesperson who explained the differences in the models and assisted us in finding the right one for you needs. Although we came in for a new car he assisted us in finding a certified pre-owned car with 4,500 miles.
The service representative squeezed my in, because of an unusual circumstance. He went out of his way to deal with my needs and delivered on his promise.
Joel who owns two 20-year old BMWs himself supervised our first real service visit on our 2015 X1, answering all my questions and having the car ready two hours earlier than predicted and looking even cleaner than when we picked it up 13 months ago. Joel has also helped in the past with the servicing our 2000 750IL. He is clearly our go-to guy at Gebhardt.
