Mariah helped me in getting my car clear coated and got me a nice loaner. She is very friendly, courteous and polite. She fulfilled her title as a BMW Genius when she helped me get used the the electronics on my car. THANX AGAIN AND YOU ARE TRULY A BMW GENIUS

This was my second purchase from Gebhardt BMW (the first being a 2009 328xi CPO). The purchasing experience was comparatively smooth, and I'd probably give a 4.5 star rating because there's always room for improvement, yet the overall experience was very good. I appreciated working with Will, Alicia, and Mariah, who were very helpful and provided quality customer service.

I dropped off of my 535 was quick and efficient. My car was ready the next day, mid morning and the repair was performed properly.
