This was my second purchase from Gebhardt BMW (the first being a 2009 328xi CPO). The purchasing experience was comparatively smooth, and I'd probably give a 4.5 star rating because there's always room for improvement, yet the overall experience was very good. I appreciated working with Will, Alicia, and Mariah, who were very helpful and provided quality customer service.

I dropped off of my 535 was quick and efficient. My car was ready the next day, mid morning and the repair was performed properly.
I was pleased with the entire cast of actors who brilliantly portrayed Gebhardt BMW's service department. The three I was in contact with was Dave, Laura and Rafael. I spoke briefly with Carol as we were passing in the doorway. Thank you all for the attentiveness and excellent service.
David Choate at Gebhardt BMW always takes excellent care of me and my vehicle. He is very honest and the service is done in a timely manner while having a loaner vehicle.
Mariah was very helpful and patient guiding me through all the technology that BMW makes available. I was aware of the basics but she showed me things that will make my driving experience even better.
