My X3 suddenly developed serious problems leading to the car randomly stopping dead on the road with only 35k miles, nine months out of warranty. Gebhardt and BMW stood behind their product getting to the root cause - very important for a single woman regularly driving mountain roads.
Overall great experience. Customer service was awesome. They were very attentive and wanted to make sure everything was perfect. I would recommend them to anybody.

This is my first BMW and I love it. It is an incredibly smooth ride and I'm looking forward to learning how to use all of its many, many features. I love the fact that I can go back into Gebhardt (BMW Encore) and they will run through all of the features with me and make sure I understand them. What fun! Gebhardt's sales team and service people are top notch. Bryson in sales and Roman in Finance were delightful to work with!
As always, David, took care the issue with my car in a prompt and professional way. The Service Engine Soon light had come on over the weekend and I sent him an e-mail to which he responded on Monday and the car was serviced in a day. He always explains everything to my level of understanding (low) and I am back on the road! I had a loaner so I could go back to my home in Evergreen and continue to do errands and other necessary things. As always, the experience was client centric! Nancy
