I had a saturday appointment which was actually scheduled incorrectly by the new scheduling service. Since I was going to wait, the service technician worked through his lunch so I would not have to wait longer than necessary. Joel, as usual, was great. He really makes you feel the personal service that Gebhardt advertises. All of the staff are very friendly and a pleasure to be around. The service staff really go above and beyond.
The service department is always prompt and friendly. Joel makes getting your car serviced and enjoyable experience. Even during the busiest of drop off times, they were quick and efficient. When I picked up my car, it was washed and everything was taken care of as expected.
From the minute you drive into the dealership, staff are helping to make the experience efficient and productive. Worked with David Choate who was very no nonsense and clearly interested in giving me the best service possible in terms of cost and quality.
I worked with Gregg Missbach. He was extremely helpful. He was very knowledgeable about the cars. When I was looking, he pointed out a lot of the vehicle's features. After the purchase, he spent additional time helping me program displays, etc. and further explaining how various features functioned. Excellent customer service. Prompt drop off and pick up. Car was delivered washed and on-time. I took advantage of a quick massage in the lobby before I returned to work.
The offer to fix the passenger air bag as a recall was a proactive step offered by BMW. Joel provided fantastic customer service. Unfortunately the wood insert on the dash was cracked during the air bag replacement otherwise I would have rated the service 5 stars in all categories.
Work was routine maintenance done under warranty. I gave this 5 stars in all categories that I can rate. I'm not knowledgable enough to rate quality of work.
It's been eight years since I bought my 2006 330xi and I've never taken it to another dealer or repair shop. Tina Holt has done a remarkable job as a customer service/service writer in every respect, including scheduling, technical knowledge and friendly, professional manner. Five Stars!
