The sales associate who assisted us with our purchase went above and beyond to work with us. He met us at the dealership on his day off so we could test drive the car and then stayed late the following evening until our purchase was complete. Yes this could be perceived as "expected" from a sales associate, but that has not always been our experience when purchasing previous vehicles. I would recommend this sales associate and dealership to anyone looking to purchase a BMW.
I have never owned a bmw before. The car I traded in was really a car that I liked. I was shown the i3 and all its options. I really liked how it drove. I also was told how BMW takes care to make the vehicle dependable and safe. My first experience with BMW has been a great one. I am already looking forward to my neXT one after this lease.
Another great service experience with Gebhardt, and with Joel in particular. Scheduling the appointment was good (much better than the weeks-long wait you had last summer!), drop off was painless, communication from Joel was excellent, and pickup was quick. All service items taken care of. What more could a person want?
I had a wonderful car buying experience thanks to Charles Dunlap. He put in extra effort to make sure we got the car we were looking for. He even took his own personal time to drive the car down to Denver so my wife could test drive it. After working with Charles, I would not work with anyone else. My 2005 Z4 needed some repairs and I was very happy with the service I received at Gebhardt. They completed the service on the day they said they would and had a loaner car for me for the whole time mine was in the shop. Dealership repairs always sting in the wallet with a BMW but this was offset by how well I was treated at the dealership and the quality of the work performed.
Joel Ortiz, a Service Advisor, was great! He made check-in quick and easy. Analysis of the problem with my Z4 radio, and its repair, was rapid and thorough, and the cost was very reasonable! PS: The customer lounge is comfortable, and the Keurig coffee was super!!!
