Eighth or ninth vechicle purchased from either the Boulder or Loveland Gebhart family. Mike Gebhart worked extremely hard to get the deal done as well as address any issues with the car. I chose this BMW dealership because of its location and proximity to my home in Arvada. Although I've never owned a BMW before, I was confident in my purchase from reading on-line and magazine reviews over the past few years. Upon my first visit to Gebhardt BMW I was greeted in the showroom by a friendly receptionist who promptly introduced to Rob Blacker who would become my Client Advisor through the entire buying process. Rob gave me a thorough introduction to the 4 series, and showed me cars in the showroom. I had pretty specific ideas about the 435i configuration I wanted and Rob took on the task to search for available cars that could satisfy me. Had a service light go on in my 2014 BMW X1 for an oil change, scheduled a service appointment online (very easy), showed up a bit early and they fixed me up with the first available employee before my appointment time. Offered me a ride back home since they had no loaners available, and called me back within 2 hours letting me know the oil change was done and my car was ready to be picked up at my earliest convenience.

Service was good; attentive to addressing the necessary service, in this case a paint warranty issue and brake flush. A secondary issue of a tire replacement came up which BMW addressed.

I was extremely satisfied with our experience at Gebhart. The salesperson Robert, was very informative and not pushing, and pointed out the differences in the competition's comparative models without bad mouthing them, but in a way that informed us so we could make a good decision. We visited a local Audi dealership and got the exact opposite which was a real turn off, I don't want to be hard sold a luxury automobile.
